Lou Ann was born and raised in the picturesque, New England City of Meriden, Connecticut. Her background includes nearly 30 years of experience as a top producing Connecticut REALTOR®. Her background also includes: Broker/Owner Your Favorite Real Estate, QSC (Quality Customer Service Certification), ABR (Acredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), Relocation Certification, Technology Leader, Graduate Floyd Wickman STAR®, Graduate Master Sales Academy Las Vegas and Atlantic City, and several prestigious top sales and service awards she is also a Notary Public. She was included in the top 3%, nationally, while associated with a national real estate firm (The Prudential CT Realty). She served as a member the Board of Directors for The Central CT Board of REALTORS®, served on several committees as well as chaired, was nominated repeatedly for REALTOR® Of The Year,is a member of The National Association of REALTORS®, The Connecticut Association of REALTORS and The Greater New Haven Association of REALTORS® and is currently on the Grievance Committee for the Connecticut Association of REALTORS®. She was also on the Board of Directors for CT Easter Seals, member of the Meriden Jaycees and Meriden Jr. Women’s club as well as coached girls softball and basketball teams in the City of Meriden.
